Refund policy

1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are committed to making it right.
  • Reporting Window: You must report any damage within [48 hours] of delivery.
  • Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return or exchange on a damaged item, the original product tags must NOT be removed.
  • Evidence Required: Please email us at [business@thelitre.in] with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the intact tags. 


2. Return Conditions
For an item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria: 

  • Tags Intact: All original labels and tags must remain attached to the garment.
  • Unworn & Unwashed: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Window: Standard returns must be initiated within [e.g., 30 days] of the delivery date. 

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  • Items where the original tags have been removed or tampered with.
  • Items with visible signs of wear, scent (perfume/detergent), or use.
  • Final sale or discounted items (if applicable).
